What is B.E.A.M. Training?
The B.E.A.M. training consists of four tools to recover your energy balance.
BREATHING
Control and deepen your breathing to lower stress, slow down racing thoughts, and regulate emotions.
EXERCISE
Experience tapping, stretching, and strengthening movements for optimal energy circulation.
AWARENESS
Develop your capacity to self-reflect without judgment so you can set clear assessments and directions.
MEDITATION
Turn your focus inward to make your health and well-being a priority so that you can become a more effective leader.
The system is based on recovering the natural energetic state in the body and mind.
You will be guided through each step with clear directions on how to apply these in your life.

Module 1: Breathing Techniques to Manage Burnout
Date: June 7
Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm PT / 1:00 - 3:00pm ET
Duration: 2 hours
Location: Online through Zoom
Breathing is the foundation of life: it is life energy itself. However, many people are not aware how intimately connected is the relationship between the quality of your breath to the quality of your physical, emotional, and mental health. In Module 1, you will experience and assess your current breathing patterns and how to use breathing techniques to better manage burnout and stress.
Module 2: Opening Your Mind and Activating Your Imagination
Date: June 14
Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm PT / 1:00 - 3:00pm ET
Duration: 2 hours
Location: Online through Zoom
Exercise may bring up different ideas for each person. In the B.E.A.M. system of training, exercise includes tapping blocked energy points, stretching to twist and squeeze muscles, and training to develop core muscle strength. In Module 2, you will experience unique movements that tap into connecting to your body and opening your heart and mind.
Module 3: Awareness Techniques to Develop Your True Self
Date: June 21
Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm PT / 1:00 - 3:00pm ET
Duration: 2 hours
Location: Online through Zoom
“Awareness” can seem like a complicated idea, but it doesn’t have to be. In Module 3, you will experience dynamic vibration training to quickly change your physical, emotional, and mental energy. As you awaken your energy and feel lighter, you will feel more accurately what is happening within you and around you. This session will focus on the principles of how to develop, grow and sustain your awareness so that you can lead in any environment no matter how difficult it may be.
Module 4: Meditation Techniques to Develop Confidence and Manage Burnout
Date: June 28
Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm PT / 1:00 - 3:00pm ET
Duration: 2 hours
Location: Online through Zoom
The path to self-discipline is to anchor the ceaseless stream of thoughts and emotions that arise. In Module 4, you will learn how to use meditation as a tool to turn your outwardly focused attention inwards and sense the present moment. You will be guided through simple movements to clear your mind and enable energy to flow freely throughout the body. You will deeply experience and practice “Water Up, Fire Down” and understand how this affects and recovers your natural energy state.

Collette Hemmings
Collette Hemmings is an IBE certified health & life coach with over two decades of experience as a senior executive at Nike Inc in Europe, Asia and the US. Her passion is helping people thrive as individuals and in the workplace. She has lived in seven countries with her family and understands the stress, anxiety, and often isolation for those who want to show up completely and confidently as their best selves in the workplace. She has lived experience of what it takes to stay grounded in extreme situations and environments as well as the day-to-day building of confidence and trust with leaders and teams. Through her experience, she is dedicated to helping others to grow and sharing the specific tools and techniques that enabled her to become a Vice President with balance and retaining empathy in any environment.
What Makes This Workshop Unique?
As a coach, I (Collette Hemmings) have lived experience of working with leaders and teams around the world over the last twenty years. I struggled with anxiety, depression and burnout and discovered that the most powerful healing was actually right inside me. We have an incredible capacity inside us that we do not use or often do not know how to activate. The B.E.A.M. system training integrates the wisdom of ancient principles which have transformed my life, and I want to share that experience with you on how balancing your own energy system can transform your life as well.
